Workout Wednesday: Pull and push

I'm still  on a pull-up kick - gotta use my new toy! - so I thought I'd combine them with a few other full-body exercises for a quick(ish) workout.  If you need to take breaks during a set, go ahead (I definitely can't do 20 pull-ups in a row yet, even with the band).  Just make sure that your form stays good throughout.  

You can also tack on some short treadmill or bike sprints before, after, or even in between each set if you want an extra cardio burst.
