My gym has been randomly busy lately. I can't figure out the pattern, since I usually go on the same days at the same time. Sometimes it's super crowded and sometimes I'm the only one there. Sometimes when it's busy, everyone's on the cardio machines and sometimes it's all about the weights. I can't figure it out. When it's crowded, I try to stick to one area of the gym - maybe a cardio machine and some succinct body weight movements, or maybe I'll camp out in front of the weight rack, or just go to a corner with a mat for an NTC workout.
But, when the gym is relatively empty, I like to take advantage and hit a bunch of different areas. Which is what this workout does - it includes cardio, free weights, both upper and lower body movements, and some jumping. It will probably get me the evil eye once or twice if I try to do it on a crowded gym day, but it lets me take advantage of a lot of what the gym has to offer on other days. Unfortunately, our gym keeps kettlebells and medicine balls locked up (and I get there earlier than the staff, so have no way to unlock them) or I would mix those in as well. Total bummer. But, what can you do? So, here it is:
Enjoy!
