Workout Wednesday: The Scorcher

This workout will scorch both your arms and your legs.  It seems deceptively simple, but dumbbell snatches always leave me toilet sore the next day.  And shoulder presses leave my arms pretty weak.  Add in the goblet squats, lunges, and running, and it's a pretty sweaty workout that you'll feel the next day (or, in my case, the next few days). 


If you're pressed for time, you can shorten the running portion after each set - try a half mile at a speedier pace, or even a quarter mile sprint. 

For the weights, as always, choose something that's challenging but not too heavy that you lose form.  If you're feeling really adventurous, increase the weight slightly for each set.
