Workout Wednesday: Mill Push

I've known about treadmill pushing for a while, but have never really done it.  But the other day, the treadmill wasn't working, so I tried it.  And I liked it. 

Not sure what I mean by treadmill pushing?  It's when you move the belt on the treadmill using your own power - the treadmill itself is turned off.  If you get really good at it, you can actually run.  But even if you just walk, it's still a hard workout. I paired 5 minutes of treadmill pushing with 5 minutes of strength exercises, and then did three separate circuits with that scheme for a 30 minute workout. Try it out:
