I love to mix it up with my workouts. Sometimes, I get inspiration (or full workouts) from the interwebs - other blogs, YouTube, and places like Shape Magazine or Women's Health. But sometimes I get inspired to come up with my own workouts (or supply workouts for my sister).
Like this one below. It's relatively quick - it will take you 33 minutes to complete - and deceptively simple looking. You'll definitely be working up a sweat by the end of it.
As always,
make sure you push yourself when you can, but don't push yourself too
far outside of what's comfortable for you. Maybe you do the first cardio portion at a lower intensity to warm up a
bit, but the second two should be at an intensity that's difficult for
you.
Wall sits too easy for you? Do the suggested variation!
Planks
a walk in the park? Try lifting an arm or leg - and of course,
alternating over the course of the minute so that you get an even
workout on both sides.
Supermans hurt your back? Try just lifting your arms or your legs.
