Workout Wednesday: Old School

Lately, I've been feeling like I just want to lift heavy things (with good form, of course).  So, I decided to go old school for this workout and do some pretty basic exercises that, while not super innovative or necessarily fun and sexy, will give you a great full body workout.  

Make sure that you choose a weight for each move that's challenging to you - meaning that by reps 8, 9, and 10, you're feeling like you can't do many more - but that still allows you to have great form.  By standing for the shoulder press and bicep curl, you'll also get in some added core work, instead of relying on the back of the bench to help stabilize your body.
